►Check-In：15:00 / Check-Out：12:00. Please return your keycard when check-out.
   Late check-out after this time can be requested but subject to availability and will be charged at an hourly rate at the discretion of Hotel  
   Cloud.  (NT$300/HOUR/ROOM)
   There will be PENALTY of NT$500/keycard if you don't return or lost the keycard.

►To respect other guests, please keep your voice down after 10 PM.

►The welcome drink and bottled water in the room are free, welcome to use.

►Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are located on B1. NT$50 /each time.(Laundry powder for free)

►Smoking is NOT ALLOWED in all guestroom and public area.(You can only smoke outside the building)

►No Pets!  We strictly forbid any illegal and criminal activities such as fighting, gambling, drug taking or prostitution in the hotel.

►Housekeeping staff will help clean the room every day. We provide only basic daily housekeeping including waste collection and bed-making. 
　If you would like your towels changed, please tell to the front desk. 
　If you don't need cleaning, please post the Do Not Disturb magnet outside the door. Thank you.

♻️   In response to the government's demand for environmental protection, the following disposable items will not be provided” Toothpaste,
     toothbrush, comb, cotton swab, dental floss, razor, shower cap”. 
     If you need additional disposable supplies, you can purchase them at the counter.
